A Settlement Documentary is intended to visually present a plaintiff's case during a settlement conference prior to trial.

A settlement documentary may include videotaped deposition testimony, scenes of the incident,  illustrations, accident reconstructions, graphics and other documents. It may also include many visual elements documenting a plaintiff's life, including home movies, home videos, still photographs and slides. It can be edited into a presentation that clearly demonstrates the weakness of your opposition's case.

This form of video presentation may also create a narrative of the victim's life. It can include baby pictures, family members interacting, playing sports, helping small children or Grandpa...all the elements that show a previous condition of health and physical well-being.  It can then show the victim's change of lifestyle after accident. 

The settlement documentary can also show the extent of the person's family life and activities prior to the incident, in the event of a death.
